Applications for 2025 Are Now Closed

The deadline has passed to apply for the 2025 intake for the Master of Engineering Leadership (MEL) and Master of Health Leadership and Policy (MHLP). The application portal for the 2026 intake will open on January 1, 2025. The deadline for applications for the 2025 intake for the MEL and MHLP has come and gone. Our admissions team is now reviewing applications from professionals who hope to join us on the UBC Vancouver campus in January 2025 to gain the knowledge, industry connections and skills to accelerate their career advancement. MISSED THIS YEAR'S DEADLINE? Mark your calendar so you are ready to apply next year to join the 2026 class. Applications for the 2026 cohort will open on January 1, 2025. We encourage you to apply early for this competitive program. Students from Canada and around the world understand the value of a master’s degree from UBC in helping them gain the technical and business skills needed to move into positions of greater responsibility.   • Round 1: March 25, 2025
  • Round 2: June 25, 2025
It’s to your advantage to apply in the first application round. If you are a first-round applicant, we’ll let you know on May 3, 2025 if you’ve been accepted into the program, which will give you plenty of time to plan your transition to Vancouver and UBC.
